Can this be installed in a strata building?
Yes — body corporate approval is usually the longest step, and we provide the documentation the committee needs.
Do we need DC fast charging?
Rarely. Where vehicles are parked for hours, managed AC charging costs far less to install and run.
How do we charge users?
Through an OCPP back-office platform that bills by RFID card or app account.
Is there Queensland government funding for this?
Not currently. QRIDA's Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Scheme closed to applications on 6 February 2023 with no further rounds planned, and it only co-funded publicly accessible fast-charging sites. Check qrida.qld.gov.au for the current position.
